Does Filtered read or store my messages?

When you send on a supported platform, your message text is relayed through our scoring service to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a score, then discarded. Neither we nor Anthropic retains the text. We do store the resulting scores (the numbers, the platform, and what you did next) in your account so you can see your history. Which sites does it work on?

Every site. Filtered intercepts Cmd+Enter and send/post/submit button clicks universally. It's been tested on Gmail, Slack, and LinkedIn. If a site has a text field and a send button, Filtered covers it.

Do I need my own API key?

No. AI scoring is included in every plan. We run the model for you through a managed, server-side connection, so there's nothing to configure and no separate AI bill. Just install and write.

Can I turn it off for certain sites?

Yes. The extension popup shows the current domain with a live toggle. Flip it off and Filtered goes silent on that site immediately. No page reload required.

When does it launch?

We're in active beta with Chrome Web Store submission underway. Free and Pro ($4.99 a month, or $49.99 a year) ship first. Team, with the dashboard and manager view, is coming next. Join the waitlist to get in early.

Is there a team plan?

It's coming. Aggregate scoring, manager visibility, and per-member trends, billed to one account with no seat minimum. Add your work email to the waitlist and you'll be first to know when it ships.

Can I cancel, and do you offer refunds?

The free plan lets you try Filtered before paying, with no credit card required. Monthly plans cancel anytime and run to the end of the period. Annual Pro can be cancelled too, and you're refunded for the unused months at the standard monthly rate. Full detail in our terms.
